2-Used vehicles search engine:
Using the private sellers’ administration space vehicle website enables sellers to sign up, list their used vehicle and its features (Chassis identification number, Model, Year, Price, Pictures, Registration Code, Transmission, Fuel Type, Exterior, Interior, Mileage, Engine Type, Engine Capacity, Type of seats, Air Bags, Air Conditioning, Location, Equipment, Remarks,…)
Used vehicles search engine Components
There are two types of search
- Normal Search The search will be performed using one or more of the following criteria (Class, Model, Body Style, Fuel Type, Price, Transmission, Maximum Mileage, Leather Interior, and Air Conditioning) and Sort by Year Price or Mileage.
- Intelligent Search If the normal search didn’t retrieve any results according to the given search criteria, then the intelligent search will automatically suggest the most similar used vehicles to the given search criteria.
Search results can be compared for two or three vehicles.
If the customer can’t find the vehicle he is looking for on the web site. Then he will enter his details into a form and his search criteria will be sent to Mercedes-Benz Retail Used Vehicles. Then the responsible person will phone the user back.
The customer can request a test drive and the responsible person will manage his request.
