Position Description: Java (Server-side) Developer with a background in Real-Time application development and performance scalable systems.

Job Considerations: To be considered you will need to highly skills in the following:
- Experience in the development of scalable, high performance application software.
- Excellent working knowledge of Java, MySQL, JUnit and XML.
- Experience in Socket programming.
- Strong OO design skills.
- Experience with multi-threaded architectures, thread management, latency and throughput optimization.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership skills and solid team-player.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Additional skills - Not required, but advantageous
- Experience in Server Side Java, J2EE, JSP/JSTL, Servlets, JAXB, JAX-WS, and Tomcat.
- Experience with High-Volume, Real-Time, On-Line Transaction Processing.
- Expertise with SaaS-based application development and implementation.
- know how to optimizing complex distributed software systems in a cloud deployed environment.
- Experience in Server Side Java, J2EE, JSP/JSTL, Servlets, JAXB, JAX-WS, and Tomcat.
